Baked Snapper with Chipotle Butter

SPICY! This is REALLY SPICY! If you don’t know, chipotles are roasted jalapenos. If you don’t like it really spicy, cut the chipotles in half, remove the seeds, and only use half of the pepper. We put the dry rub on and cooked the tilapia (didn’t have snapper) in the toaster oven to cook. When they came out, we spread the butter on them. It was really good, but really SPICY!
