Cajun Red Beans and Rice recipe

That’s exactly what it is. Nothing to write home about. We WOULD have had nice left overs for lunch had I NOT left the burner on low most of the night.
It was very easy and quick to make. I used Goya small red beans and did not drain them. It could have used a can of tomatoes or something. There wasn’t much “sauce” to coat the rice with.
