I made this a loooooooooong time ago, but I remember I made it the other day when I saw another strudel recipe I made and thought I’d post this. I don’t think this is the picture for the strudel. I think it’s for the salmon and dill strudel which I haven’t made.
I made the filling the night before because I was taking it to someones house for a German night. It was really interesting. Everyone loved it, but I’m not so sure I’m fond of the figs. I’m not a huge fan of sweet and savory together. If I made it again, I’d leave the figs out.
