O M G this was FANTASTIC!! I cooked the onions in the morning, so they were ready to go. Heated the broth up in the microwave and tossed it with the onions and the couscous in a bowl and covered it with plastic wrap. When it was finished, I tossed it with the goat cheese. It was REALLY GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!
