It was easy, that’s for sure. I couldn’t really taste the lime in the coating. I would add some zest or something… I did add some garlic salt and some red pepper flakes to make it little more interesting. There wasn’t much taste to the mayo mix per the recipe. Maybe some fresh dill next time?
I think instead of pouring the melted margarine over the breading, I would spray it with cooking spray. The butter didn’t really coat all the bread crumbs. Or mix the margarine and the bread crumbs together and then coat the fish with it. We made it with cod, which I love. It was good and we’ll probably make it again.
