Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi recipe

NEEDS MORE LEMON! I could BARELY taste the lemon in this recipe. Add some zest or more juice to the shrimp. I don’t think there was enough pepper either. It was good and easy. We’ll probably make it again with those adjustments. I couldn’t find orzo so I served it with mini fusili. It was pretty good.
