Awesome but don’t forget the butter, we added that too in both the Yorkville and Orchard Park stores . Definitely blue cheese dressing, NOT Ranch.

Very interesting! I did not taste the Cajun seasoning in the wings. I’ll definitely be trying that next time I make these.

I love all the loyal ZebbOriginal wing peeps!
I worked at the original location in Syracuse(Mattydale) in my 1st life. Thee wings were considered Cajun, Garlic, Blue Cheese wings. One of the reasons they were so good was that they made their own cajun spice, and blue cheese dressing for the sauce. If anyone REALLY wants the recipe dm me, but i’ll warn you the dressing recipe is an 8 gallon batch! For anyone else, use a good simple cajun spice rub, maybe make your own blue cheese dressing or buy good stuff and to Christine’s point add some very good blue that you crumble yourself. Don’t forget the buffalo wing sauce, powdered garlic and throw in some dried/fresh parsley and enjoy!
