Bavarian Sausage-and-Kraut Supper

So, I’m guessing you drain the kraut so the whole dish isn’t so kraut-y. It’s similar to a dish we usually make in the crock pot, but we put potatoes in the bottom, then the sausage, then the kraut on top. It was good. I’m sure we’ll make this again.We served it with potatoes because for some reason I picked dishes this week that all have egg noodles in them. Don’t ask my why. It’s a pasta week or something.
