Shrimp Scampi Cooking Light, OCTOBER 2003 I watched while CTM made this dish. It was so funny! I came home and the first place I go is the kitchen to put my lunchbox away and on the counter were the mise en place ingredients. (All the ingredients for the recipe in little bowls) It was funny! We tossed this with whole wheat linguine, Davinci, I think. It was good. I would use less salt, less lemon juice, and probably not cook the shrimp so long. Halibut with White Beans in Tomato-Rosemary Broth Cooking Light, OCTOBER 2007 O M G this was FANTASTIC! I pan seared the fish and then put them in the toaster oven to keep warm and finish cooking knowing that the sauce was going to take at least 20 minutes to reduce. The only thing I would do, is possibly mash some of the beans to thicken the sauce, OR put them in at the end AFTER it has reduced. I think they got overcooked when the sauce was reducing. Tuna Romanoff Cooking Light, JANUARY 1995 Photo courtsey of Food Fan at allrecipes.com This recipe, to me, seemed like a traditional Tuna Noodle Casserole with the addition of mushrooms and pimientos. I never add the pimientos. Just can't bring myself to pay that much for a jar of them. I may try some roasted peppers next time, though. This time I made the recipes with whole wheat noodles.
