In reply to Hezzi-D. What kid doesn't love a cheese sauce? I know this big kid does.

In reply to Ellen. Everyone loves cheese! Well, except those who are really lactose intollerant.

In reply to Inger @ Art of Natural Liivng. I've done that, too. Sometimes it's nice to have it ready to use.

I love bacon and cheddar together! This pasta looks so delicious and I think this would be a big hit with my kids!

Looks like great comfort food. I have started buying the (shelf stable) pre-cooked crumbled bacon so I can omit the pre-cook bacon step in many recipes. Totally worth the $2.75!

I am definitely struggling to separate work and home life right now with my husband’s latest schedule. I work for a few hours, then he comes home at noon for a few hours and has to head off to another campus at 3 for a night class.

So, dinners like this one are perfect for just me and the kid. And this has all of his favorites.

You’re right on all accounts! This looks amazing and would be so easy to make for dinner on “one of those days”! So kid friendly too with all that cheese!
