Chicken Thighs with Thyme and Lemon

I made the marinade and stuck the chicken it before I went to work. CTM had the grill going by the time I got home from work and grilled them. They weren’t as lemony as I thought and I only got a HINT of thyme flavor on the skin. I don’t see that marinading did much for the chicken. They were pretty good, though. Until Tuesday morning when I woke up with heaves and CTM got the same cramps later on. Oh well!
