Chipotle-Marinated Pork Chops with Chimichurri Sauce recipe

I was worried these would be too spicy. They weren’t…until you reheat them for lunch! HOLY COW! I can’t put much on the chimichurri sauce. It was watery for some reason and I don’t think it really did much to enhance the flavor of the chops. We will definitely make these again! We served them with Spanish rice.
