Wow, your bundle of goodies from Seasonal Roots sounds lovely! And the Creamed Collard Greens look SO comforting and delicious! I don’t think to cook with Collard greens enough — this is a good reminder. 🙂

I have to confess I am not a big fan of collard greens mostly because of the aroma, but being this one creamy I bet I will love the taste. Especially because of the swiss cheese yummy!
