Cuban-Style Chicken

Meh. It was good, but the pineapple chunks were just too huge. I’d cut them up more or would use canned crushed pineapple instead. It was really spicy, but BF made it so I’m not sure what spices he used. He usually sticks to the recipe pretty well, though.
Measuring cups and spoons
Large nonstick skillet
Can opener
Plastic spoon
