In reply to Karen. Oh my Karen. You should try cooking with them more. I think they taste better than canned varities and there's SO many more to cook with. In a pinch, you can soak and freeze to use later.

In reply to Cheese Curd In Paradise. There's one other cassoulet recipe on my blog. It references a total FAIL recipe. This was not a fail at all. SO hearty and delicious that I vacuum sealed the leftovers for an easy work lunch.
