*waves to Jessi*

So…I thought this was tomorrow.  LOL  Lord knows it’s just been one of those weeks.

Yes yes I know, Lindsay!  I got your emails, but I have no idea where my blogging head has been this week.  Oh! Yeah!  That’s right!  It’s been sucked into quarter close!!  *snort*

Jessi from What The Efff was paired with me this month.  And yes, I was literally LOLing with some of our emails…  She had my box in the mail in RECORD time.  I’m just glad it didn’t show up while we were at Mom’s.  The office isn’t the best at letting us know there’s a box to pick up.  *shrug*

Anyway…  she sent me THE MOST scrumptious snackies in my package!!  YUM!

She said she was in Wisconsin and was there anything from there I knew about or wanted.  Well, my step-mom’s from there and the only thing I could think was cheese curds.  Yeah.  Glad ya didn’t send me those!!  🙂  Not sure they would have made it without becoming a hideous clumping mess.

She DID send me some AWESOME mustard that I used the minute I opened the box!  That’s the mustard I put on my open faced chili dog sammies.  nomnomnom

Wait.  I’m getting ahead of myself…

There was a beautiful card!  The dried fruit is gone.  The Crystal Light…GONE!  Half of the granola is gone.  LOL

The mustard is AWESOME!  LOVED it on my chili cheese dog.  It will have to go in our Polish dinner next time…and corned beef….and sammies…and straight out of the bottle??  Am I the only one that does that?  Oh.  Oops.  I’ve said too much.

Um…Apples and peaches.  FABulous!  I ate those last week as a snack.  I’m loving the whole freeze dried fruit thing.  The other package of apples are in the macarons I made last weekend.  Check it!

Apple Cheesecake Macaron have a cheesecake style buttercream filling with apples in the shells.

Apple Cheesecake.  SEE MY FEET!!!  *giggles*  Stay tuned for those.

Cranberry granola.  I don’t eat a lot of granola plain.  It almost always goes into a bar of some sort for hiking.  AND since a have a WHOLE bag of mini marshmallows and some odds and ends from last weekends jar escapades, I’m sure I’ll be throwing together a recipe of granola bars soon using this!!  It was tasty!!  I did have half the bag a handful when I was making my jars.

Crystal Light.  If you haven’t tried their liquid are you living under a rock?  Cause they A-mazing!  LOVE the flavors!! Jessi sent me strawberry Lemonade.  It went well with the Margarita flavor in my lunch.  I just added a squirt or two to the water I had in my bottle then added my margarita bottle from home and the powdered mix.  It made a strawberry lemonade margarita.  OH!  Cupcake idea!  *writes in notebook*

Anyway…that’s gone.  So now I’m drinking my Mango Passionfruit that I bought.  No it didn’t come on my box, I know, but still…

Okay.  Sharing time is over!  Thank you Jessi for all the DELISH things you sent me.  I had a blast with our email traffic and hope it continues!!  You’re hilarious!
