FoodieFriDIY #78 – New Year New You!
Okay, so, how have your lifestyle changes been going? Come on, admit it! You’ve vowed to make a few of them this year. Don’t we all? New year new you? I want to get healthy. That means I’m going to stick to the PEP plan and work on working out my knee issues. The PT has been GREAT! I was at 15 and now I’m at 3 on the flexy thingy that he uses to measure how straight I can get my leg. Yes. It was bent at about a 15 degree angle when I started and it’s about a 3 now. Not cool.
Having never chosen a word of the year, I saw a post from Isabel at Family Foodie about a word of the year. For me, I chose “mindfull” for my year. Mindful of lots; what I eat, what I say, what I do, how I act. Just mindful.
Okay, enough seriousness! It’s time for the hockey game and they’re honoring Ovie for his 500th goal! I can’t wait to see what y’all were busy with this week. You got some game day eats for us this week?
