#FoodiFriDIY – Random Selection Edition. I just couldn’t pick a theme, so I picked some posts that hit me!
Tomorrow, we’re flying to MN. Why, you ask? The fair OF COURSE! That and, well, Mom’s flying us there to see her and the DSD. Dear step dad for those that didn’t know.
My mom’s side is in MN and the surrounding central, northern US and parts of Canada. Yup. I’m half cannuck. Don’t take it personally. LOL
I’m so excited about all the food there! And I can’t wait to see Mom. I haven’t seen her in almost 2 years now. It’s just NOT that easy to plan a vacay to Maui. At least not for us. Don’t get me wrong, I’d LOVE to be there as often as I can, but between my work and the hub’s work, it’s just not easy to schedule time off. Hopefully in the winter? But then we’re supposed to get a killer winter. Yay. Snow.
So, I’m cutting this short because we still have to pack before the cab arrives at 5 am tomorrow. We have to get up 30 minutes earlier than usual. Hope y’all have a great weekend and I can’t wait to see what you share this week!
