Okay, I’ve got to admit that I’ve made this TWICE since I posted it on here. It’s WONDERFUL! Both times, I’ve made it with tilapia (because that’s usually what’s the cheapest at the fish counter), but it would be great with any white, mild flavored fish. Cod being my fave, we haven’t tried it with that, yet.
