In reply to Maurina. I hope it turns out! The tenderloin is usually a relatively thin roast. I always cook mine high and fast so they're not overcooked in the middle. They're still juicy and tender.

I am about to put mine in my air fryer, with rotisserie and hope it turns out juicy cooking that fast and high the last one I cooked it was stuffed, abs thermo called for low and slow and it wasn’t tender like I wanted it. Ugh! So praying this one is better! Fingers are crossed!!!

In reply to Phillip. My potatoes were about the size of a golf ball and took 10 minutes to cook. That's step 7 in the instructions. If yours are larger, they will take longer. Might want to cut them up if they're bigger than a golf ball.
