Made it tonight and my family of four all gave it a thumbs up. I will be on the lookout for more one-pot entrees. I used fresh parboiled broccoli florets instead of frozen.

I can’t remember Mom ever serving broccoli . But I felt that way about cauliflower. It definitely had to be slathered with cheese.
Now I love both any way. This is a wonderful combo that I would eat in a NY minute.
