The instructions, in step 3 read, “minus the Parmesan cheese”, Parmesan cheese not listed in the ingredients. In the ingredients are 6 oz sliced swiss cheese and 1/2 cup swiss cheese, maybe the 1/2 cup is grated parmesan? Pictures look too good to not try. Thanks!
