These cookies were amazing! I made them with my nephew today, and they were super easy. Will definitely make again! After reading reviews, I dropped the oven temp to 350 (for about 14 minutes) and they were absolutely perfect!

In reply to Joann. I also made that mistake about the size of the cookies. I have a scoop that's a teaspoon which was perfect. It's interesting how the cooking times vary. I wonder if the humidity level is making the variations. I'll have to try them in summer.

These cookies were easy to throw together and so delicious! I also found the bake time too long and settled on 6 minutes. Another minor issue, after my first tray came out huge, I realized that by “teaspoon” of dough you meant an actual measuring teaspoon, not scooping dough with a teaspoon like I normally do. I will definitely make these again!

Appear to be very similar to a type of cookie sold at IKEA outlets. Single Oatey cookies or sandwiches with chocolate between two cookies. These IKEA cookies are fantastic and if these are anything like those they will be winners. I am excited to try making these cookies myself to compare.

Just made these for my bookclub potluck, they are great! I reduced the cooking time due to others experience. They turned out fantastic! Thanks for the yummy recipe!
