Make Your Grill Marks on Burger Nation and Win

Luckily, we live in an area that some of the most delicious, regional hamburgers. We call it the DelMarVa (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia). In Virginia, we have the Hell Burger with spicy, blackened patties, creamy cheese, and smoky chipotle sauce. Maryland le has a cardiologists nightmare! It’s a patty stuffed with cheddar and then beer battered and fried. Oh yeah. It’s that delicious!! I’d suggest sharing it with a friend to save your arteries SOME pain. Finally, Delaware has the Prime Rib Burger. It’s not just the prime rib turned beef. It’s mixed with mushroom duxelle and truffle oil. If that wasn’t enough, it’s sitting on top of a homemade brioche roll.
But that’s nothing compared to this Montana Bison Burger. Just look at all that delicious goodness! If you haven’t tried a Bison burger, you really should. It’s so tasty and is healthier than regular ground beef.
And what about this one? New Mexico Green Chile Burger! Oh yeah, baby! I LOVE anything with green chiles and in a burger? To.Die.For!!
And how about a bit of heat in these Spiced Burgers?
