I am a dork. It wasn’t until I started to post this recipe that I realized I forgot the bread crumbs on the chicken. *snort* I’ll have to make this one again with the breadcrumbs.
It was tasty. I didn’t get a chance to marinate this chicken as along as I wanted. I should have put it in the marinade that morning. I used chicken breasts and watched the temperature to make sure I didn’t overcook them. I will be making this again with the breadcrumbs next time.
