Thank you, Shelby! I couldn’t taste the flavor of the vinegar, but the drink had a sweet with a hint of sour type flavor to it. The first round was a bit tart for me and I made it with vodka. That’s the one he didn’t like. The second round had less shrub and the bourbon which enhanced the mulled flavor I liked. That’s the one I shared. You just have to play with it, but it’s definitely worth a try. I’m thinking of an apple slaw with the shrub…

It looks great! Could you really taste the vinegar? That would be my only turn off in a cocktail but it seems like there is enough other ingredients in the shrub that the vinegar may be masked well enough? I might not even as this question if Hubs hadn’t told you he didn’t like it lol
