So much goodness in this! I buy the TJ reserve wine made from organic grapes for cooking. Not 100% organic but a good price/natural-ness compromise.

I love ratatouille, slice up a bunch of fresh summer produce and cook them together. The movie fancies up a simple home cooked dish, toss it all in a pan and cook together is real ratatouille. Save the fancy layers for lasagna, like this one. YUMMY!
