Yes, it was quick. For some reason, I hadn’t really planned on making more than the recipe called for, but when I started putting the ingredients together, it didn’t look like enough for left overs. So, I didn’t have enough salsa to make the meat nice and saucy. I did add some taco seasoning to the mix. It was good. I LOVE taco salad!! I had it for lunch the next day and again on Saturday.
