Since it&#039;s slow cooked, I wouldn&#039;t want it like a sliced steak for stir-fry but you could use some chuck blade steaks or even an eye of round steak.]]></description>

<p>Since it&#8217;s slow cooked, I wouldn&#8217;t want it like a sliced steak for stir-fry but you could use some chuck blade steaks or even an eye of round steak.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[I love anything in a slow cooker it seems.  Oh I am sorry about your memory by the way.  Accept it and be kind to yourself---I am smiling this as I am typing.  You are right about chuck steak, but it&#039;s amazingly tasty when time is taken to cook it ever so tenderly.  Okay I am being silly.  Probably caused by the fact I am truly quite hungry.  When I saw the picture with the egg noodles----I went Oh Yeah, I forgot about those.  Smiling again here.  It&#039;s been a while since I fixed them.  For some reason they dropped off my grocery list.]]></description>
