Spicy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Spicy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Just made this for dinner. I was shopping at WalMart and they had some stir-fry beef on mark down. It was quick. Which is always a plus for a weeknight dinner…especially after the day I had! UGH!I cut the strips into smaller pieces for it to cook faster. As usual, I didn’t REALLY follow all the directions. I sauteed the beef and then removed them from the pan. Then I added the bell peppers and cooked them for about 4 minutes. Then The sauce went in until it thickened. I added the beef back in and let it simmer for a few minutes more.
It was quick and good. I think I’d want more of the chili sauce. I expected it to be a little spicier, but it wasn’t. Not that it wasn’t good, but I thought it would be spicier. I might use the sriracha sauce instead of the Thai chili garlic sauce I used. Maybe I’ll add more garlic next time.
There’s another package of beef in the freezer. I just might whip this recipe up again.
This is the best recipe of stir fry that I've cook. For those who didn't try this, just try to cook it and you will know that it was very delicious.
