Spinach Risotto with Shrimp and Goat Cheese recipe
Cooking Light MAY 2009I didn’t like this at all. I think it was the goat cheese part that I didn’t really like. I normally like goat cheese, but for some reason this recipe didn’t do it justice. I was more interested in the risotto with the spinach and the shrimp. Next time I make this I’ll probably use parmesan or maybe asiago
