I actually prefer streusel topped to pie crust on top–so much more flavorful plus that great crunch! Your slice is making me drool!

I totally prefer a streusel crust on an apple pie. It's so much better than a double crust.

I most certainly know that feel. Me and pie crust have irreconcilable differences, so if there's none in the box, there's none on the pie. This is such a great solution!
