Flatbread Dough recipe Cooking Light, July 2008 I wanted to make this recipe to go with the skillet chicken souvlaki. I wanted a flat bread to wrap the sandwiches in instead of regular pita bread which usually falls apart. So, I divided the dough into four instead of two. Home-Style Meat Loaf Cooking Light, MARCH 1998 I love this recipe. I shape it in a loaf pan, and then put it on a roasting rack covered in aluminum foil to get rid of some of the grease that comes out. The ketchup glaze is deliscious, too!!
