Italian Turkey Sausage with Three Peppers

November 9, 2008

Italian Turkey Sausage with Three Peppers Cooking Light, November 2004 It's turkey sausage with peppers. What else can I tell ya. We used the Shady Brook Farms turkey sausage because it was on sale. We didn't add the vinegar. It might have tasted a little more different with balsamic vinegar, but CTM has something with vinegar. It's a hate relationship. *snort* Measuring cups and spoons Knife Cutting board Large nonstick skillet … [Read more...]

Mediterranean Chicken & Peppers

February 4, 2008

Mediterranean Chicken & Peppers Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious! If you want more flavor, add more vinegar. Submitted by THEMNEMOSYNE As I'm cooking the chicken, I realize, this is going to be pretty bland. There's no herbs and spices in this AT ALL! There's not enough sauce, or the sauce we used was too thick. It was rather filling with all the peppers in it. I would have added some onions to the mix, too, but I may leave that for next time we make it. Knife Cutting board Measuring cups and spoons Large nonstick pan … [Read more...]

Italian Sausage with Three Peppers

October 24, 2007

Italian Turkey Sausage with Three Peppers Cooking Light, NOVEMBER 2004 As usual, I didn't follow the directions on this recipe. We used regular Italian sausage instead of the turkey kind. It just didn't look appetizing! I don't think you can screw this up and it's gonna taste just like you think it will. We topped it with marinara and served it on whole wheat buns. It was GOOD! Measuring cups and spoons Knife Cutting board Saute pan. … [Read more...]
