Tastykake® Kandy Bar Kakes are #DroolWorthy
You ever have one of those cravings…for something sweet and decadent? Cakey and creamy? I see a TON of recipes for Reese’s PB cupcakes, cake, cheesecake, pie. So, it only makes sense that Tastykake® would come up with a snack cake that incorporates ALL these things into one handy snack…and here it is!
Yes. I’m at my desk! How did you know? Cause that’s where most of the snack attacks happen.
In my #SpringVoxBox I received this tasty surprise!! And y’all know how much I am a PB hoor. I couldn’t WAIT to tear into this little gem of peanut buttery chocolately goodness.
I gotta say, they were tasty, but I was a little disappointed because my PB filling wasn’t anywhere NEAR what it looked like in the picture on the their website. Don’t get me wrong. It was still DELICIOUS and I would definitely buy another one should the urge come about. My picture just doesn’t show as much PB filling as it does. I felt a little jipped. Gypped? *shrugs*
There’s three flavors so far:
- Peanut Butter: Made with Real Reese’s™ Peanut Butter
- Peppermint: Made with Real York™ Peppermint Flavor
- S’Mores: Made with Real Hershey’s™ Cocoa and topped with Graham cracker crumbles
I can’t wait to see what other flavors they come up with. Mounds? Snickers? Baby Ruth? Mounds. I think that should be the next flavor. Loves me some coconut. Too bad S doesn’t like it. I’d be making coconut cream pie and stuff.
