I&#039;m not a huge fan of the benedict unless they can hard cook the eggs.  I&#039;m not a runny egg person.  S is, which is why I was striving for his to be that way, but not so much mine. The sauce is the bomb.  The whole dish reminds me of a variation of eggs benedict, which is one of my fave dishes in all its guises.]]></description>
