YUM! That’s all I can say about this recipe. These were YUM-MY! The sauce was just sweet and tart enough, the veggies made it healthy, and we used the newly found whole wheat potato rolls. It made for a DELISH lunch the next day, too. DEFINITELY on the make again list!!
