YUM! That’s all I can say! YUM! CTM started this before I got home so it was ready WHEN I got home. He added garlic and onion to the pan as he was cooking the pork. He added more soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and more chile garlic sauce than called for. This is going to make a DELICIOUS lunch today! Ironically, the office is ordering Chinese food today but I’ll have my own healthy left overs for lunch. It definitely is filling!! Maybe next time, we’ll make it with udon or some whole wheat spaghetti.
