Hamburger Helper is that perfect, go to, easy family dinner that we try to keep on hand. One box of Hamburger Helper, one pound of ground beef (or chicken or tuna) some water (and sometimes milk) and you have a ground beef meal on the table in less than 30 minutes. Add a simple tossed salad and you have a GREAT value meal on the table in less than 30.

That’s $8.84 for four servings. Other types of ground beef cost less, but we’re always looking to cut as much fat from our diet as possible so I went with the 96/4 which made our meals $2.42 each. Two fifty. A serving. For a ground beef meal.
