Spinach with Chili Oil recipe

I keep trying and trying to eat spinach. I know it’s good for me. It leaves the STRANGEST feeling on my tongue when I’m done eating it though. I have no clue what that’s about. This was okay. I didn’t find chili oil, so I toasted some red chili flakes in the oil before adding the garlic and spinach. Meh, it was spinach.
