Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic

So, we don’t really have a lid big enough to fit the LARGE nonstick pan. It’s on the list of things to get next time we go shopping. This wasn’t really garlicky and not that spicy. Next time, I think we’ll add the garlic and pepper to the pan first then add the broccoli and then the water. I think that will make for better garlic and spicy flavor. It was still really good. You can follow the same recipe and then add some pasta for a really good pasta side dish.
