Slow Cooking Sneak Peek
The weather is getting colder in my part of the world, which usually means it’s time to break out the slow cooker and whip up some tasty and warming soups, stews, and suppers. Honestly, I use ours year round. Who doesn’t love to come home to a home cooked meal that’s hot and ready to be eaten when you get home? I know I sure do! And I know quite a few others here in the #SundaySupper crew who do, too!
Slow cookers aren’t just for soups and stews any more. There are more and more creative uses for the slow cooker popping up in web almost daily. Did you know you can bake bread in your slow cooker? Make a rotisserie chicken? Bake brownies and cakes?? Yeah, I didn’t either.
Thankfully, the #SundaySupper crew has volunteered to show how versatile your slow cooker can be! And honestly, I can’t wait to see how they have stepped up to show their slow cooking talents. Here is the menu this week that’s simmering away in their slow cookers.
