I received samples to participate in the challenge, but all opinions are my own. Thank you for support those companies that support A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures.

So, one of the things we purchased during the “Black Friday” events that occurred this year is a new pressure cooker/air fryer combo. Yes, we bought the Ninja 9 in 1 appliance. And I will admit that I am totally loving it!
It stays on the counter right now. Because we have another electric pressure cooker that I’m hesitant to get rid of. The numbers don’t light upon it so great, but it still does a good job at cooking things. But we’ve upgraded and I just need to let that other one go.
We put it to good use for a few years now. And I feel like kitchen appliances are like laptops now. Once you purchase something it’s obsolete and something new will come out in a month or two. Right? We haven’t had that cooker and the air fryer that long and now there’s a 2 in one. Actually, it says nine in one, but my pressure cooker did a lot of those things, too.
No. This isn’t about the cooker. It’s about the sauce.

I don’t follow the keto, paleo, caveman, whatever diets. I eat food. There’s no allergies that I know. Just dislikes like cilantro, salmon, and asparagus. I’m sure there’s things like tomatoes and onions that irritate me, but I haven’t taken one of those tests. But if you’re following one of those diets, these sauces are made for you.
Kevin’s Natural Foods sauces are certified paleo and keto. They’re gluten, soy, dairy, preservative, and GMO free. The sauce is vegetarian and mild in flavor. Actually, I didn’t taste a lot of spice in their Korean BBQ sauce at all. It has a classic bulgogi flavor that I love.

I know I’ve talked about being picky growing up. While we didn’t go to Korean restaurants all the time, I remember going to +one. And I ordered bulgogi beef because it was the tamest dish and something that had recognizable ingredients. No, I wasn’t an adventurous eater growing up. I’m not enormously adventurous now but will try most things at least once. Within reason.
The hubs is worse than I am I think. He said he was on the fence about almost all the sauces they sent me for their competition. I even questioned his apprehension for the Korean BBQ sauce. I can understand the lemon grass and the coconut one. And even the tikki masala sauce, but Korean BBQ sauce? That’s super tame compared to things he’s eaten in the past.

Since I’ve been going into the office on the train, and the hubs has been driving to his new office almost an hour away, I have been looking for super simple and easy recipes to have on the table quickly. And this is Easy Korean BBQ Meatballs is of those recipes. Especially if you have a rice cooker or make you’re rice ahead of time.
I like meatballs because they’re super quick to cook up in the pressure cooker. You can make them almost any way and flavor you want. And they’re fun to eat!

I know. When you think meatballs, they’re Italian or Swedish. But you can make that are Asian pork meatballs, Finnish meatballs, Italian, Latin, Greek beef pastitsada meatballs; take your pick! Simply swapping out the seasonings means you can make any kind of meatballs you want. For me, my fave is Swedish and Italian. But these Korean BBQ meatballs are giving the Swedish ones a run for their money.
These easy Korea BBQ meatballs are packed with soy, sesame, garlic, and ginger. They’re cooked in a delicious Korean BBQ sauce. It has a great sweet and savory flavor. There’s coconut sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, and onion flavors in this sauce. The ingredients list more but this is what I easily taste in these meatballs.

Since I wanted the sauce to be the star of the show, I didn’t add too much to the Easy Korean BBQ Meatballs mix. It’s simply garlic and ginger with some soy sauce and sesame oil. There’s a little of the BBQ sauce in there along with a kind of gochujang. I felt like the meatballs could use a little kick to stand out a little.
So, the story behind Kevin’s products is due to an autoimmune disorder. He was in and our of hospitals and nothing was really working. That’s when Kevin started to eliminate things from his diet and found out what works best for him. And decided to share his products and sauces with everyone. And I’m so glad he did!

I’ve tried 3 of the 4 sauces I received, and they are all absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Not to mention they are fully cooked and just need to be warmed before serving. That’s right. You don’t really need to cook the sauce. It’s a simmering style sauce that just requires heating to be ready to eat.
You can’t get easier than Easy Korean BBQ Meatballs!
That’s how these meatballs are super easy and delicious. They don’t require too much cooking time and the sauce adds almost all the flavor. What’s not to leave about dinner that’s on the table in under 30? I know on our busy schedule, which has recently changed, we appreciate quick and easy! *I* appreciate quick and easy because it’s usually me making the dinner.

And just look at that bowl of yummy! Those meatballs packed with garlic and ginger flavor topped with the sauce full of garlic and ginger and other flavors. All on top of rice that soaks up all that sauce. It really makes me want to lick the plate. Kid you not. The sauce and these meatballs are that good!
My suggestion is to follow Kevin’s on social media. They’re all listed below. Check out their website and see all the delicious goodness you can order from there.
And then purchase this Korean BBQ sauce along with several others. They all taste amazing. Some of them I’ve had more than once. No lie. They are THAT good. Then, pop these meatballs in your cooker and have a delicious dinner on the table in under 30. That’s paleo, gluten-free, and all that fun stuff. Minus the vegetarian, of course.

I don't think so. Seems way too high and I bet they don't have the NI for the sauce.
