BLT Bread Salad recipe

It was okay. It wasn’t okay with red wine vinegar and oil. I would do a balsamic vinegar and oil or make Good Seasons dressing with red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
I think I let the bread toast too long. I think it needed to be less crisp to soak up the dressing a little easier. For some reason the store only had black pepper feta, which was good, but added a little bite to the salad I wasn’t planning on. Feta and bacon is an interesting combination.
Oh and sometimes the center cut bacon is good…and sometimes not. This time it was not. LOL I may make this again. It was easy to prep the salad the night or two before and just toss when you’re ready to eat.
