O M G this is really good!! I’ve been taking it as a snack this week at work with some home made baked tortilla chips. It’s very garlicky though, so you might want some gum or breath mints. LOL. I used frozen chopped spinach and drained it really well. The feta is a little more crumbled than I’d like. I may pulse it a few times in the Cuisinart and then stir it into the mixture. It would taste REALLY good warm with some toasted bread or crackers.
