I really need to read the directions before I plan the meals. I didn’t marinate the chicken. OOPS! I tossed the chicken thighs in the sauce and then roasted them in the oven. They were really good!! I think, though, the next time I make them, I’m going to crank the heat up so make the sauce stick better. It was there, but not really. We served it with Rice a Roni Fried Rice (I added some frozen peas while it was cooking) and some steamed broccoli. Make sure you cover the pan with foil!!
