Yum. These were…YUM! We didn’t broil them. We pan fried them. Every time we use the broiler, the fire alarm goes off, so I try not to use it all that much.
The filling was very tasty and lemony. I liked it!! I couldn’t, however, taste much of the sun dried tomatoes. I may try to reconstitute them next time we make these. I’m sure we will make these again as they were supah easy and very good.
