YUM! I LOVE chicken parm. I used jar sauce because it’s make it THAT much easier to make. However, I do make my own sauce roasting whole, canned tomato ala Alton Brown. I LOVE that recipe!! Anyway, This is mighty tasty and, like I’ve said before I LOVE chicken parm!
