Greek-Style Pork Chops

Yum! YUM!! YUM!!!! This was so simple but really good!! I did serve it with pita bread rounds. It made for a very cool, light meal. I KNOW I will be making this one again.
If you don’t like greek yogurt, I would suggest making yogurt cheese out of regular yogurt to keep with the consistency of the greek yogurt. The sauce made for a really nice dressing for the tomatoes and cucumbers. I will be making this one again…probably next week.
