Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Okay, we I realized on the way home that we didn’t have any skewers. AND I didn’t make the pomegranite dressing, but bought some pomegranite blueberry dressing. It was okay. The orange were HUGE and didn’t do too much for the flavor of the chicken. I would have rather had some red onion and the oranges or something like that. This was okay and I don’t know if I’d make it again.

Large nonstick skillet (in lieu of broiler or grill)
